Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed interest in procuring energy from Iran. "Iran is our neighbor and energy-rich country," he said. From this country Pakistan can meet its energy needs.

In his inaugural address to the two-day security conference in the capital Islamabad on Wednesday, Imran Khan expressed his interest. He said it was difficult for the region to achieve economic prosperity without establishing peace and security. 

The Pakistani Prime Minister said the establishment of peace in Afghanistan is important for the security of the regional countries, especially for the security of Central Asian trade routes from China to Pakistan. 

He added that economic prosperity in neighboring countries is not sustainable without peace. We will never be able to take advantage of our strategic geopolitical position without establishing peace in our regionBefore going on the field against Bangladesh, New Zealand got another bad news. Injury has already taken away the team captain Ken Williamson. This time the Kiwi camp is not getting experienced batsman Ross Taylor for at least one match due to injury.

Taylor will miss the first match of the upcoming ODI series against the Tigers due to a hamstring injury. However, this right-handed batsman will be with the team. All-rounder Mark Chapman has been called up as his replacement.

Taylor was injured while fielding in the Plunkett Shield match between the Central Stags and Wellington Firebirds last Sunday. He will join the national team in Dunedin on Wednesday but will be under the overall supervision of a doctor.

New Zealand coach Gary Steed hopes that Taylor will return to the team soon after recovering. He wants him in the XI for the remaining two matches of the series.
